Dr. Cenzon sees adults with various diagnoses including ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Mental Retardation, Psychotic Disorders, etc. She speaks English and Philippine dialects.
Dr. Elizabeth Kamin is an adolescent and adult psychiatrist. She graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School and has extensive experience treating Depression, Anxiety, work problems, PTSD, OCD, Bipolar disorder, grief issues, and Post Partum.
Dr. Robert Mitchell is an adult and geriatric psychiatrist in practice over 40 years. He graduated from Hahnemann University, currently Drexel University. Dr. Mitchell sees adults with various diagnoses including ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Psychotic Disorders, Suboxone treatment, etc.
Scott L. Kane, PA is a Physician Assistant who sees adult populations ages 18 and up. He possesses a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Old Dominion University and graduating from Eastern Virginia Medical School with Master of Physician Assistant Studies. He is a previous member of the military dedicating 20 years as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy.
Frank Kara, PA is a Physician Assistant who sees adult populations ages 18 and up. He received his Master of Physician Assistant through Eastern Virginia Medical School, Master of Business Administration through the University of West Florida and his Bachelor of Arts through University of Colorado. Previously, he was a Commander in the US Navy for 22 years.

Mark Warren, Ph.D. has over 36 years of experience and is former USMC. He works with children over the age of four and adults. He performs psychological testing and individual, marital and family therapy for ADHD, Anger Management, Anxiety, Behavior/Conduct Disorders, Depression, Parenting, and Social Skills.
Ken Cooke, LPC obtained his Bachelors of Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and received his Masters of Counseling through University of Phoenix. He sees populations of 14 to 65. He works with individuals as well as family counseling. His training and experience include treatment of Addiction, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, LBGT, Mood Disorders, OCD, Personality Disorders, PTSD, Psychotic Disorders and Stress Management.
Trudy Kim, ATR-BC, LPC, NCC is a Board Certified Art Therapist. She has over 11 years experience using expressive arts therapies (art and play therapy) in conjunction with traditional therapy techniques in treating children, adolescents, and adults with mood disorders, ADHD/disruptive behaviors, anger management problems, anxiety disorders, and grief and loss issues.
Laurie Grant, LCSW graduated from Western Kentucky University and Norfolk State University. She has over 20 years experience treating patients in the mental health field through inpatient, Community Services Board, and private practice. Laurie sees children 12 and older, adults, couples and families.
Peggy Lidstrom, LCSW has over 25 years of experience with children over the age of 12, adults and older adults. She does individual, marital, and family therapy for personsdiagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, OCD, trauma, and PTSD. She is also certified in hypnosis and EMDR. She facilitates our Substance Abuse Program.
Deborah Beth Reese, LCSW treats children 14 years and older, adolescents and adults. She specializes in dual diagnoses in addition to ADHD, Anxiety, Codependency, Depression, Divorce Recovery, Grief, Physical Abuse/Victim and Sexual Abuse/Victim.
Paul Rosenberg, LCSW attended the University of Virginia and Norfolk State University. He has over 28 years of experience working with children aged 5 and over, adolescents and adults. He will work with children younger than 5 in a family therapy setting.
